Runda Closeburn

The brief required a prestigious residential building with a mix of different typologies to cater to the residential needs of a target market in an affluent area of Nairobi. This was achieved in the design of the development consisting of one bed, two bed, three bed and four bed apartments including maisonettes in a minimalist, yet contemporary framework of 1,339 m² GIA.

The ground floor of this development is dedicated to parking which includes parking for the disabled.

Recreational facilities include a squash court and viewing gallery, swimming pool and paddle pool for children, a cabana and gymnasium with changing facilities.

Landscape gardens compliment the theme of a contemporary residential lifestyle.
